School Based Vaccination – Stay Healthy!

Protect your daughter against cervical cancer (HPV)

The HPV vaccine is being offered to girls in Year 8 now as part of a national campaign. This vaccination is important in protecting girls against cervical cancer in the future. Parents/ carers are reminded to complete the consent form and return it to the school. Should you require a new or replacement consent form please leave a message for your school nurse or immunisation nurse on 020 8553 7429.

It is important that your daughter has all three doses to get the best protection. More information can be found at www.nhs.uk
